It’s super easy to whip up this
High-Protein Coffee Chocolate Pudding ⊹ ࣪ ₊˚✩
🥣 Ingredients (4 servings)
◦ 200ml fresh milk
◦ 200ml heavy cream
◦ 30g caster sugar
◦ 50g 70% dark chocolate
◦ 3 gelatin sheets
◦ 40g THE VEGAN Plant-Based Protein (Coffee) ☕️
⚠️ Quick Tip: Soak the gelatin sheets in ice water until soft 🧊
🍽️ How to make it
➀ Shake fresh milk with the coffee protein powder until smooth
➁ Heat heavy cream + sugar to 50–60°C
(⚠️ No thermometer? Turn off the heat when you see small bubbles around the edge.)
➂ Stir in the dark chocolate until melted
➃ Add softened gelatin and mix well
➄ Pour in the coffee milk mixture and stir again
➅ Strain into a measuring cup, then pour into molds
Chill for 3 hours and you’re done!。:.゚ヽ(*´∀`)ノ゚.:。

🎀 To unmold: Dip the mold edges briefly in hot water & it’ll pop right out.
✨ To fancy it up: Whip 70g heavy cream + 5g sugar, pipe on top
