- Member Registration and Obligations
a. In order to use this service, members must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information and must not register as a member under a third party's name. Each member is limited to registering and logging in with one account and must not register multiple times.
b. Members should always maintain and update their personal information to ensure its accuracy for the best service.
c. If you provide any false or incorrect information, you must bear all losses resulting from such behavior, and this service reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse your use of all or part of the service.
d. If your provided personal information is duplicated, deliberately impersonates someone else, violates public order and good customs, infringes on the rights of others' names, company names, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, violates public order and good customs, or involves other suspected violations of laws, or has the potential to cause misunderstandings by others, or violates the purpose of this service, this service may refuse your registration, request post-registration changes, or cancel your usage rights, and you shall be responsible for all related civil and criminal legal liabilities.

- Acceptance of Terms, Accounts, Passwords, and Security.
a. If a member is under the age of 20 or does not have full legal capacity according to legal regulations, they must read these terms together with their parent (father, mother, or guardian). When a member under the age of 20 uses this service, it is deemed that the member's parent has read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of these terms after careful reading.
b. Members are responsible for keeping their account and password confidential and secure. Members are fully responsible for all actions taken using their account and password.
c. If a member's account and password are stolen or used improperly due to personal behavior, THE VEGAN will not be responsible for any damages incurred.
d. If a member's account or password is misused or stolen, or if there are any other security concerns, please notify THE VEGAN Customer Service immediately. Upon learning that a member's account and password have been used by others, THE VEGAN will immediately suspend the use of that account (including the processing of transactions related to that account).
e. Member accounts, passwords, and other related information are for personal use and enjoyment only. Members must not disclose them to third parties, transfer, lend, or provide them to others for use or sharing in any way.
f. If a member uses this service for activities that infringe on the rights of others or engage in any illegal activities, the member shall be solely responsible for all legal liabilities. Upon learning of this, THE VEGAN may not only revoke the membership but also claim all damages incurred by THE VEGAN, including but not limited to damage to reputation, litigation fees, attorney fees and etc. - Transaction Notes
a. According to the Consumer Protection Act, there is a 7 days cooling-off period after receiving goods or accepting services (please note that the cooling-off period is not a trial period). However, this does not apply to discounted products provided for specific reasons or products clearly stated on the product page as not eligible for the 7 days cooling-off period. The return process must comply with the regulations of this service.
b. You agree to place orders based on the quantity and price of the goods as confirmed by this company, and this company reserves the right to reject the order content within 3 working days after the order is placed for legitimate reasons.
c. You agree that THE VEGAN reserves the right to change the content of any promotions and discount activities on this website. - User's Legal Responsibilities and Obligations
Members or users must not use this service for illegal purposes or in any illegal manner, and must comply with the relevant laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and all international practices and norms for using the Internet. If a member uses this service outside the territory of the Republic of China (Taiwan), the member must comply with the laws of the local country or region. Members must not engage in activities that infringe on the rights of others or violate the law, including but not limited to the following:
a. Distributing or transmitting any defamatory, insulting, threatening, offensive, indecent, obscene, false, contrary to public order or good customs, or other unlawful text, images, or any form of files.
b. Infringing on or damaging the reputation, privacy, trade secrets, trademark rights, copyrights, patent rights, other intellectual property rights, and other rights of THE VEGAN or others.
c. Violating confidentiality obligations under law or contract.
d. Impersonating others to use this service.
e. Transmitting or distributing computer viruses.
f. Engaging in business activities without the prior authorization of this service.
g. Posting, transmitting, sending spam, chain letters, illegal or unauthorized multi-level marketing messages and advertisements, or storing any data that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or violates the law.
h. Behaving in a way that causes inconvenience, annoyance, or offense to other users of this service or third parties according to general internet etiquette.z
i. Engaging in any behavior that does not align with the intended use of this service or behavior that THE VEGAN has a legitimate reason to deem inappropriate. - Protection of Member Data
Personal data of members will be protected and regulated by THE VEGAN's Privacy Statement. For information regarding the handling of personal data, please refer to THE VEGAN's Privacy Statement. - Interruption or Suspension of Internet Services
THE VEGAN will maintain the normal operation of the system and services using generally accepted technical standards and methods. However, THE VEGAN may suspend or interrupt the provision of website services in the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
a. When necessary maintenance and construction of THE VEGAN shopping platform electronic communication equipment is performed.
b. In case of sudden failure of equipment communication and servers, etc.
c. In case of force majeure or other factors beyond the control of THE VEGAN that prevent the website from providing services. - About Newsletters
Members agree that THE VEGAN may send newsletters or product information (EDM) to the email account registered by the member at irregular intervals and without limitation. However, if a member refuses to receive marketing messages after receiving them, this company will stop sending marketing messages. - Protection of Intellectual Property Rights
The software, programs, content, including but not limited to works, images, data, files, information, website architecture, website layout, and other intellectual property rights used on the THE VEGAN shopping platform are owned by THE VEGAN or used with the consent and authorization of the rights holder. THE VEGAN does not assume any express or implied warranty responsibility for their effectiveness, speed, completeness, reliability, security, correctness, etc. THE VEGAN does not guarantee that the emails or their contents transmitted by the website, servers, domains, etc, will be free of computer viruses or other harmful substances. It also does not guarantee that the transmission or storage of emails, files, or data will be correct, error-free, uninterrupted, or that they will not be disconnected or erroneous in anyway. This service is not responsible for damages caused by the failure, loss, or error of email, files, or data transmission or storage. - Special Authorization Matters
Due to the need for online transactions or activities provided by this service, the personal data (such as recipient's name, delivery address, contact number, etc) provided by members that are necessary for delivery must be provided to courier and freight companies and related cooperating companies by THE VEGAN as needed to facilitate the delivery and retrieval of goods.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The rights and obligations between customers and this company shall be processed in accordance with the interpretations and regulations, conventions, and practices of the Republic of China (Taiwan) laws, and the general rules of the internet. Any statements or terms of this company that are not fully specified will be handled with the utmost sincerity, in accordance with the principles of good faith, equality, and mutual benefit. In the event of a dispute arising from this service, the Taiwan Tainan District Court shall be the first-instance court of jurisdiction.
