DELIVERY INFORMATION

▪︎ For 7-ELEVEN pick-up : Collect your order within 3 days of receiving the arrival notification. Please do not leave it unclaimed without reason.
UNCLAIMED GOODS INFORMATION
▪︎ If the package is unclaimed at the 7-ELEVEN pick-up location, it will be sent to the 'Overdue Pickup Address' provided during purchase.
A fee will be charged upon delivery, and the relevant fees are as follows: S$7 per kg, additional weight S$3 per kg.
SINGAPORE CUSTOMS DUTY & OVERSEAS PAYMENT NOTICE
Shipping overseas may incur additional charges, which vary depending on the region.
1. Singapore Duty-Free Allowance
The duty-free allowance for Singapore is SGD 400. However, whether customs duties will be charged and the exact amount will be determined by the local customs authorities upon the package's arrival. If customs duties are imposed, customers can provide the following information for THE VEGAN to verify with the local logistics provider. Once confirmed, THE VEGAN can reimburse the customs duties in the form of store credit.

2. Overseas Credit Card Transactions
Depending on the credit card type (VISA, MasterCard, etc.), overseas transactions may be subject to foreign transaction fees as per the credit card company’s policy. Please check with your credit card provider before making a transaction.
