Return & Exchange policy

Exchange Policy


 • For exchange, please reach out to our Customer Service at (07)364-1773 or email to admin@thevegan.com.tw with your order number & information on the affected item within 3 days of receiving your parcel.


 • Exchange of products can be arranged under the following reasons:


⒜ If the products is near expiry or expired.


⒝ If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition.


⒞ If the product is different from the order delivered. 


 • Exchange products has to be of the same quantity & volume size.


 • Please use the packaging paper box provided by the delivery company to pack the returned items securely. If the original paper box is lost, please use another box to wrap the product outside of its original packaging. Do not stick paper or write text directly on the original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, the return may not be accepted, or the cost of damage may be deducted from the refund.


*Products for exchange shall be returned in its original condition, quantity & packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.




Refund Policy


 • Once we receive and confirm your returned items are in good condition, we'll process your refund immediately.
