Easy "Sesame Tofu Ice Cream" 🍨

Super easy! Come and make it with me!😋

📑 Ingredients:

300g silken tofu
50ml soy milk
40g THE VEGAN Sesame plant-based protein

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to the freezer and freeze for 3 hours⏰

During freezing, take it out every hour and give it a stir.

Once it firms up, you can scoop & enjoy!

This ice cream is super healthy,and delicious 💚

I used sweetened soy milk and topped it off with maple syrup and nuts.🫘

You can also use unsweetened soy milk if you prefer.😜

If you don’t need a low-sugar or low-fat version:

Whip 150g of heavy cream with 20g of sugar.

Mix it evenly with the tofu mixture above.🥣

Freeze for 3 hours as well —

Finally, you can enjoy a rich and tasty ice cream!🤤
